What should I do if I have a missing page?

If you have a missing mounting sheet please call us at 800-210-9394 or email us at textilefc@textilefabric.com with your complete mailing address. We will mail you the page ASAP.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your swatch kit please check the other FAQs in this section to see if you can locate an answer. If you still have trouble please email us at textilefc@textilefabric.com.

What are your shipping methods?

We ship through FedEx, UPS and the US Postal service. Sometimes the shipping calculator on our website calculates the shipping amount more that it actually is. When this happens we will adjust your bill to reflect the lower price. **Please note that delivery times are based on business days** For example: If you order a product on Friday before 1:00 pm CST and choose 2nd day air it will arrive the following Tuesday. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days. Saturday delivery is available for additional fees to some locations. If you need your order delivered on a Saturday please email or call us BEFORE 1:00 pm CST on Friday to get shipping information. **PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2:00 PM CST ON FRIDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY**
